Navratri Celebrated Toronto: The Bhartiya Culture Association Of Ontario celebrted Navratri Rass and Garba on September 26 at the Shringery Community Centre, Shiv Temple in Etobicoke. Over 600 members attended the event that began at at 9.00pm and concluded at 1:00am. The chief guest was for the event was Member of parliament Dr. Ruby Dhalla from Brampton Springdale who recognized the committee for renowned excellence. Members enjoyed raas garba, dandiya and other activities. The music for the evening was performed by the Krishna Music Group.	Parm Gill, Brampton Springdale Conservative candidate, held a free community barbeque in Brampton. Several residents turned up for the barbeque that featured clowns, face painting for kids besides food.
Agarwal Navaratra Agarwals Based in Canada celebrated Agrsaen Jayanti at Hindu Heritage Centre, Mississauga on the first day of Navaratra. Festivities included Havan, Pooja, Bhajans, Talk on Agrasen Ji by Children followed by Prreti Bhoj.	1st Prize Winners: Bhajan Basra, Varinder Lamba, Rav Gill & Raju Lamba recieve their trophy from Deepak Oberai at 5Th Annual South Asian Classic Golf Tournament presented by Voice Media Group
2nd Prize Winner: Param Gill, Manjit Gill, Preet Sandhu and Dalvir Malhi standing with Sudhir Anand and Jazz Samra with their trophies at 5Th Annual South Asian Classic Golf Tournament presented by Voice Media Group	Longest Drive winner: Paul Mand recieving the longest drive prize on behalf of his brother Manu Mand from Sudhir Anand at 5Th Annual South Asian Classic Golf Tournament presented by Voice Media Group
