Ford Bronco returns for 2026 with several notable updates, including the comeback of the Wildtrak name as an optional off-road package rather than a standalone trim. The change restores a popular configuration for enthusiasts seeking serious trail capability without stepping up to the high performance Ford Bronco Raptor variant, while also introducing pricing adjustments and new customization features across the lineup.

The 2026 Bronco lineup now begins at a starting price of $42,490 for both two door and four door base models, representing an increase of $1,500 compared with the previous year. Other trims saw mixed adjustments. The Heritage Edition rose to $53,620, while the Outer Banks increased slightly to $50,085. In contrast, the Big Bend trim became $225 more affordable and the Badlands trim dropped by $585. The Stroppe Special Edition saw one of the largest price reductions, now listed at $71,990, while the Bronco Raptor continues unchanged at $81,990.

The returning Wildtrak package delivers strong off-road capability by combining the HOSS 3.0 suspension system with Fox internal bypass shocks and the Sasquatch Off Road package. For 2026, the Wildtrak configuration is available exclusively on the four door Badlands model at an additional cost of $11,945, bringing the total price to approximately $62,830. The package also includes a 2.7 litre twin turbo V6 engine paired with a 10 speed automatic transmission and a Black Appearance package designed to enhance the Bronco’s rugged styling.

Body style availability has shifted slightly this year. Both the Wildtrak package and the Stroppe Edition are now limited to four door configurations, reflecting the stronger market demand for the larger body style. While this change improves practicality for many buyers, two door enthusiasts looking for maximum off road geometry options now have fewer high performance package combinations available.

Additional updates for 2026 include the introduction of Orange Fury metallic tri coat paint, previously seen on the Ford Mustang, now offered as a new exterior colour option for the Bronco. Buyers can also select painted roof colour options on additional trims and add Ford’s SecuriCode keyless entry keypad as an option. Together, these updates help keep the Bronco competitive in the off road SUV segment while preserving its reputation as one of the most capable adventure focused vehicles on the market.
