Mississauga-based author Zohra Zoberir recounts her adventurous life – a journey from separation and alienation to integration and celebration in the multicultural society of Canada.. Her new book ‘The Other I’ gives an insight into the life of an independent woman who was born in Pakistan and lived in a small town in Nigeria during the oil boom and then to England before coming to Canada over 40 years ago. Here, the Courtneypark Writers’ Group Coordinator Mary Ellen Koroscil speaks with Zohra on behalf of Voice News Network about her fascinating story of ‘Migration’.
