Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pear, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Sesame seeds for garnish

- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
