Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Water as needed (for dough)
- 250g minced lamb or chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Prepare Dough: Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually to form a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook Mince: Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices. Add minced meat and cook until done. Set aside.
- Roll Parathas: Divide dough into balls, roll each into thin discs.
- Assemble: Heat a pan, place rolled dough, spread a beaten egg over it, and add cooked mince on one side. Fold the paratha from all sides to form a square.
- Cook Until Crisp: Drizzle oil around the roti and cook until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Serve Hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
