Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken (cubed)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt. Let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and grill the marinated chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream, fenugreek leaves, and salt. Add grilled chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or rice.
