Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken (cubed)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt. Let it rest for at least 2 hours.
- Heat butter in a pan and grill the marinated chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream, fenugreek leaves, and salt. Add grilled chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or rice.
