Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Green onions for garnish

- Cook grits in water according to package instructions; stir in butter and cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
