Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice (sushi or sticky rice)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed) or thin roti for wrapping
Instructions:
- Prepare Sushi Base:
- Mix cooked rice with chaat masala and cumin powder.
- Spread a layer of rice on the nori or roti sheet.
- Add Chaat Fillings:
- Spread a thin layer of mashed potatoes. Drizzle tamarind and mint chutneys over it.
- Add sev and gently roll the sheet into a tight log.
- Cut & Serve:
- Slice into bite-sized sushi rolls and serve with additional chutneys for dipping.
