Cheese-Stuffed Naan Recipe: Soft and Cheesy Indian Flatbread

Twist: Traditional naan gets an upgrade with a cheesy filling, making it the perfect indulgent side for your favorite curries.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or paneer)
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add yogurt and milk to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out a small ball of dough and add grated cheese in the center. Fold the dough and roll it out again.
  3. Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides. Brush with butter and serve hot.
