Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or paneer)
- Butter for brushing
Instructions:
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add yogurt and milk to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Roll out a small ball of dough and add grated cheese in the center. Fold the dough and roll it out again.
- Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides. Brush with butter and serve hot.
