- 2 cups fresh chenna (paneer or cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix chenna, sugar, semolina, and cardamom powder. Knead it into a smooth dough.
- Grease a baking dish with ghee and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden and caramelized.
