Ingredients (for Filling):
- 2 cups cooked chicken biryani (leftovers work great)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 medium onion (sliced and caramelized)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp mint chutney
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Warm the tortillas on a pan or skillet.
- Spread a layer of yogurt and mint chutney on each tortilla.
- Add a portion of chicken biryani, caramelized onions, and fresh coriander.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Secure with foil or parchment paper if needed.
- Serve warm as a fusion snack or meal.
