Ingredients:
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, etc.)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Lime and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook ramen as per instructions.
- In a separate pan, simmer coconut milk with curry paste and soy sauce. Add vegetables.
- Toss cooked noodles in the curry sauce. Garnish with lime and cilantro.
