Ingredients:
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, broth, and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Blend for a smooth texture and serve with bread.
