Twist: A crispy and surprisingly delicious take on the traditionally bitter vegetable, karela chips are a healthy, guilt-free snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bitter gourds (karela), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the karela slices in turmeric, chili powder, rice flour, and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated slices until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towels and serve as a crunchy snack or side.
