Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Spring roll wrappers
- Water for sealing
- Oil for frying
- Chutney for dipping
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add mashed potatoes, cooked peas, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the potato mixture on one end.
- Roll the wrapper, folding in the sides, to form a tight roll. Use water to seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney for dipping.
