A crunchy and flavorful snack infused with aromatic Indian spices.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels, cover, and shake until popping slows.
  3. In a bowl, mix curry powder, turmeric, paprika, salt, and sugar.
  4. Drizzle the popcorn with a little extra coconut oil and toss with the spice mix.
