Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add paneer, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until paneer is slightly browned.
- Place a tortilla on a heated pan, sprinkle cheese on one half, add the paneer mixture, and fold the tortilla.
- Cook until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
