Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  2. Add paneer, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until paneer is slightly browned.
  3. Place a tortilla on a heated pan, sprinkle cheese on one half, add the paneer mixture, and fold the tortilla.
  4. Cook until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
