Ingredients:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger-green chili paste
- 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Few curry leaves
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Grated coconut for garnish
- Green chutney for serving

- In a bowl, mix gram flour, semolina, yogurt, turmeric powder, ginger-green chili paste, and salt to make a smooth batter.
- Grease a dhokla plate or any flat plate with oil and pour the batter into it.
- Steam the batter for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once steamed, cut the dhokla into pieces and set aside.
- In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add sesame seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour this tempering over the steamed dhokla.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut.
- Serve dhokla with green chutney.
