Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2-3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking

- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt to make a soft dough, adding water as needed.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
- Roll out each ball into a small circle and place a portion of the potato filling in the center.
- Bring the edges together and seal the filling inside the dough.
- Flatten the stuffed ball gently and roll it out into a circle, ensuring the filling does not come out.
- Heat a griddle or tawa and place the rolled paratha on it.
- Cook until brown spots appear on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Apply ghee or oil on both sides and cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
