Canadian Tire:
- Frito Lay snacks, including SunChips Harvest Cheddar Flavoured Whole Grain Snacks and Munchies Original Snack Mix, are being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination.
Costco and Home Depot:
- Medline Bed Assist Bar, model MDS6800BAH (Costco Item #915544), sold on Costco.ca between February 2013 and May 2024, is being recalled due to entrapment hazards. Customers are advised to stop using the product and return it to Costco for a full refund.
Wayfair:
- Isabelle & Max Linzy Bassinet with Mattress (model number XYT-001) is being recalled due to entrapment and suffocation hazards. Consumers should stop using the product immediately and contact Wayfair for a refund.
Toys R Us:
- Peg Perego Canada YPSI and Z4 Bassinets are being recalled due to entrapment and injury hazards. Consumers should stop using the recalled bassinets and perform the correction by removing the adjustment feature.
Walmart:
- Certain lots of MiO energy brand drink mixes are being recalled due to potentially unsafe levels of caffeine. Consumers should not consume these products and should contact their healthcare provider if they think they have become sick from consuming them.
