Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry – A Quick & Healthy Dinner Idea

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  2. In the same pan, add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch. Pour over veggies.
  4. Add chicken back, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
