Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch. Pour over veggies.
- Add chicken back, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
