Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 large bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cubed
- 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add cubed onions and bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Stir in tomato puree, coriander powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or roti.
