Ingredients:
- 200g tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare Tofu:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Lightly fry tofu cubes until golden. Set aside.
- Cook Vegetables:
- Heat remaining oil and sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add Spices & Tofu:
- Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Toss in the tofu cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes to coat.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
