Man Arrested in a Firearm Investigation, Sheppard Avenue East and Warden Avenue area, Images Released

The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Firearm investigation.
Officers from the Firearm Enforcement Unit commenced an investigation into the possession of firearms.
On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, officers executed a search warrant at a premise in the Sheppard Avenue East and Warden Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
officers located and seized a 9mm prohibited semi-automatic handgun loaded with 15 rounds of ammunition and a legally registered 9mm semi-automatic handgun that was not secured in accordance with storage regulations
Images of the seized firearms and ammunition have been released.
Sheraz Khan, 28, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Firearm
Possession of a Firearm knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
Careless Storage of a Firearm
Careless Storage of a Firearm
Possession of a Prohibited Device
He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in room 103.
