Man Arrested in Firearm Investigation, Sheppard Avenue West and Weston Road area, Images Released

The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Firearm Investigation.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, at approximately 5:45 p.m., officers from the 23 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau and Major Crime Unit executed a Criminal Code search warrant at an address in the Sheppard Avenue West and Weston Road area.
During the execution of the search warrant, it is alleged that:
officers located two loaded semi-automatic pistols, a loaded sawed-off shotgun, a quantity of various ammunition, a quantity of overcapacity firearm magazines, a large quantity of marijuana, and a quantity of cash
Images of the seized items have been released.
Phillip Michael Parker, 35, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:
three counts of Possession of a Firearm Knowing Its Possession is Unauthorized
three counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device
three counts of Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Weapon Device
three counts of Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
three counts of Possession of a Firearm while Prohibited
three counts of Careless Storage of a Firearm
Careless Storage of Ammunition
Fail to Comply Probation
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Possession for the Purpose of Selling (Cannabis)
He was scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in room 107.
