Ingredients:

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles (any brand)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp oil or butter
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 boiled egg or paneer cubes (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vegetables:
    • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    • Add onions and ginger-garlic paste, sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  2. Cook Spices:
    • Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Vegetables:
    • Toss in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Cook Ramen:
    • Add water (as per ramen packet instructions) and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until done.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with cilantro and top with a boiled egg or paneer cubes if desired. Serve hot.
