Ingredients:
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles (any brand)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp oil or butter
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 1 boiled egg or paneer cubes (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
- Prepare Vegetables:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add onions and ginger-garlic paste, sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Cook Spices:
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add Vegetables:
- Toss in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Cook Ramen:
- Add water (as per ramen packet instructions) and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until done.
- Serve:
- Garnish with cilantro and top with a boiled egg or paneer cubes if desired. Serve hot.
