BACKGROUND INFO:

The award-winning, 72-acre master-planned Brightwater community is developed by a consortium of some of the top minds in the real estate space – Kilmer Group, DiamondCorp, Dream Unlimited, and FRAM + Slokker operating as the Port Credit West Village Partners (PCWVP). Brightwater will bring nearly 3,000 new residences to Port Credit along with 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial, restaurant, retail, and office space, 18-acres of new parks and green spaces including a new 9+ acre waterfront park, and numerous trails, pedestrian mews, and plazas including a Village Square for gathering and community events.

The road to Brightwater started nearly 30-years ago when the City of Mississauga began visioning exercises to vision what a revitalized waterfront could look like. After undergoing an extensive community consultation process and working closely with the City on the application process, construction on this milestone project is now underway.
