Oviya, 28, was last seen on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 2:00 a.m., in the King Street West and Dunn Avenue area.
Oviya is described as 5’5″, 200 Ibs., with shoulder length black hair. A clothing description is not available.
Police are concerned for their safety.
