One-Pan Chicken Fajitas – Easy & Flavorful Weeknight Meal

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with spices, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions, cooking for another 5 minutes until soft.
  4. Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings (cheese, salsa, sour cream).
