Ingredients:
- 300g paneer (cubed)
- 500g spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp cream
Instructions:
- Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water, then blend into a smooth puree.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in tomato puree, cook until the oil separates. Add spinach puree, garam masala, and salt.
- Stir in cream and paneer cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot with roti or rice.
