Ingredients:
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 cups spinach (blanched and pureed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté onions in oil, add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook till oil separates.
- Add spinach puree, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with naan or rice.
