Palak Paneer Recipe: Healthy Spinach and Cottage Cheese Indian Curry

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 cups spinach (blanched and pureed)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions in oil, add ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add tomatoes, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook till oil separates.
  3. Add spinach puree, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with naan or rice.
