Ingredients for Paneer Stir-Fry:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Ingredients for Jeera Rice:
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Jeera Rice:
- Rinse and soak the rice for 15 minutes. Drain.
- In a pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- Add the drained rice, salt, and 2 cups of water. Cover and cook until rice is fluffy.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
- Prepare the Paneer Stir-Fry:
- In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add sliced onions and cook until golden.
- Add bell pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving with Jeera Rice.
