Ingredients:
- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Marinate Paneer: In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Grill Paneer: Heat a pan, add oil, and grill marinated paneer until golden brown. Set aside.
- Prepare Gravy: In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until golden. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add Spices: Stir in garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Add cream and mix well.
- Combine: Add grilled paneer to the gravy, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or rice.
