Ingredients:
- For Bhaji (Vegetable Mash):
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, and cauliflower)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Salt to taste
- For Pizza:
- 2 pizza bases
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Butter for greasing
Instructions:
- Prepare Bhaji:
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and green chili until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add spices and salt, then mix in boiled vegetables. Mash well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Assemble Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a generous layer of bhaji on the pizza base. Top with cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish & Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
