Ingredients:
- 1 cup pav bhaji mix (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Butter
Instructions:
- Spread pav bhaji mix over one tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and press gently.
- Toast on a buttered pan until golden on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot.
