Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 onion (all chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- Soft pav bread rolls
Instructions:
- Boil all vegetables, mash them well.
- In butter, sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
- Add mashed vegetables, mix well, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with buttered pav and lemon wedges.
