Pav Bhaji Recipe: Mumbai-Style Spicy Mashed Veggies with Soft Bun

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 onion (all chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Soft pav bread rolls

Instructions:

  1. Boil all vegetables, mash them well.
  2. In butter, sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  3. Add mashed vegetables, mix well, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with buttered pav and lemon wedges.
