Assistance Sought in Stabbing Investigation
Region of Peel – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau seek assistance from the public in locating and identifying a suspect involved in a stabbing incident.
On Saturday, October 26, 2024 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the suspect and victim, believed to be unknown to each other, became involved in a verbal argument in the area of Main Street and Steeles Avenue in the city of Brampton. The argument led to the suspect allegedly stabbing the victim several times.
The 32-year-old male victim was transported to a hospital and is currently in non-life-threatening condition.
The suspect is described as male, Black, medium build, wearing a black toque, black and grey jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, beige boots and carrying a dark backpack.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspect to contact the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau at 905-453-2121 extension 2233.
