Drugs and Firearm Seized During Search Warrant
Region of Peel – Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau make firearm and drug seizure following a search warrant at a Mississauga residence.
On Jan. 7, 2025, patrol officers responded to a call for service that involved a suspected overdose of an illicit drug. An investigation into the source of the drugs ensued.
On Jan. 16, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Roche Crt and Fowler Rd in Mississauga. Officers located a man in possession of a loaded illegal firearm as well as a large quantity of suspected Fentanyl, Cocaine, Percocet tablets and Cannabis. A man and a woman were arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario court of justice in Brampton.
Kobe Archer, 24-years-old of Mississauga was charged with the following:
Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm.
Carrying a Concealed Weapon
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a weapon
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
Trafficking-Opioid
Possession for the Purpose of Distributing
Possession for the Purpose Trafficking (X3)
Rhianna Spanish, 18-years-old from Sheshegwaning was charged with the following:
