Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Korean red chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- Cooked rice and lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, sliced green onions, and Korean red chili paste.
- Add thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
