Ingredients
- 600g boneless chicken thighs
- ¾ cup thick yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
Instructions
- Cut chicken into medium cubes.
- Mix all marinade ingredients.
- Coat chicken thoroughly. Marinate minimum 2 hours (overnight best).
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Skewer chicken pieces.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Broil 2–3 minutes at end for char.
Optional: Smoke with hot coal for authentic dhaba flavor.
