The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Homicide investigation.
The suspect, Bryan Emmanuel Fuentes Gramajo, was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder and was number one on the BOLO Program’s Canada’s 25 Most Wanted list.

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at approximately 6:13 a.m., police responded to a call for a Person with a Gun in the Highway 401 and Dufferin Street area.
It is alleged that:
officers located a male victim in his 20s in the mall parking lot who had been shot
the suspect(s) fled the area prior to police arrival
life-saving measures were commenced, but the victim was pronounced deceased on scene
The victim has been identified as Kashif Jamal Bentley-Jean, 28, of Toronto.
This is Toronto’s 21st Homicide of 2025.
As a result of the investigation, three suspects were identified, and Canada-Wide warrants were issued for First Degree Murder for three males.
On Monday, August 4, 2025, one of the males was arrested on the strength of the Canada-Wide warrant by members of the Policier Gendarmerie 3-Ouest, Service de police de Laval.
Bradley Lucate Nicolas, 20, of Montreal, Quebec, was arrested and charged with:
First Degree Murder
He appeared in court at the Laval Courthouse on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance locating the two outstanding suspects.
Bryan Emmanuel Fuentes Gramajo, 23, of Longueuil, Quebec, is wanted for:
First Degree Murder
Jimmy Prudent, 28, of Montreal, Quebec, is wanted for:
First Degree Murder

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, Bryan Emmanuel Fuentes Gramajo, 23, of Longueuil, Quebec, was arrested by the Service de Police de la Ville de Montreal. He was charged with:
First Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in room 105.
Jimmy Prudent, 28, of Montreal, Quebec, remains oustanding and is wanted for:
First Degree Murder
