Addressing chronic inflammation requires a holistic, long-term approach. Rather than masking symptoms with medication, identifying and eliminating root causes can lead to true healing. With greater public awareness and lifestyle modifications, we can begin to reverse the impact of this widespread health issue and lead longer, healthier lives.
