Fatal Collision #14/2025, Sheppard Avenue East and Bridlewood Boulevard area

On Friday, May 16, 2025, at approximately 9:07 p.m., police responded to a Personal Injury collision in the area of Sheppard Avenue East and Bridlewood Boulevard.
It is reported that:
a 32-year-old female pedestrian was crossing Sheppard Avenue East
A black Hyundai Sonata was travelling eastbound on Sheppard Avenue East when the driver struck the pedestrian
the pedestrian succumbed to her injuries on scene
the driver fled the area Eastbound on Sheppard Avenue East
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services. Police are asking residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
