Missing Person, Parliament Street and Dundas Street area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Rachel, 26, was last seen on Monday, September 9, 2024, in the Parliament Street and Dundas Street area.
Rachel is described as being 5’5″, with a thin build, long red hair and brown eyes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
