Personal Injury Collision #25/2025, Victoria Park Avenue and Sunrise Avenue

On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at approximately 1:01 p.m., police responded to a call for a Personal Injury Collision in the Victoria Park Avenue and Sunrise Avenue area.
It is reported that:
a 40-year-old male was operating a black Mercedes Benz northbound on Victoria Park Avenue approaching Sunrise Avenue
a 99-year-old female pedestrian was crossing Sunrise Avenue on the west side of Victoria Park Avenue
the black Mercedes Benz made a left turn to proceed westbound on Sunrise Avenue and struck the pedestrian
the 99-year-old female pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries
the driver of the black Mercedes Benz remained on scene
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services.
Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
