Ingredients
- 4 large boiled potatoes
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 green chili (optional)
- Salt
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
- Mash potatoes completely smooth.
- Add spices, coriander, chili.
- Mix breadcrumbs to bind.
- Shape into thick patties.
- Heat oil on medium.
- Cook 3–4 minutes each side until deep golden and crisp.
Serve with mint chutney + tamarind chutney.
