Ingredients

  • 4 large boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 green chili (optional)
  • Salt
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes completely smooth.
  2. Add spices, coriander, chili.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs to bind.
  4. Shape into thick patties.
  5. Heat oil on medium.
  6. Cook 3–4 minutes each side until deep golden and crisp.

Serve with mint chutney + tamarind chutney.
