The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted for Forcible Confinement.
On Friday, March 6, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., police responded to a call for a Suspicious Incident in the Pelham Avenue and Laughton Avenue area.
It is reported that:
a man was seen driving a vehicle with a woman in the passenger seat screaming
it was observed that she had injuries
the vehicle fled the area before officers arrived on scene
The vehicle has an Ontario licence plate number DJPN 971 and is described as a red, 2010 Mazda CX-7, with a missing rear-view mirror.

Investigators have identified the driver of the vehicle as Jimmy Minani, 47, of Toronto.

Assault
