BRAMPTON, Ont. A teenager from Brampton, Ont., is facing charges in a crash that killed a fellow teen last year.
Peel Regional Police say the crash took place in early November, when a car smashed into two trees.
The driver was not hurt but a 17-year-old passenger was killed.
The 17-year-old allegedly behind the wheel is now charged with criminal negligence causing death and operation while impaired causing death.
Police gave no details on the impairment charge.
The teen cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and police did not say how he was related to the victim.
