Man Wanted for Removing Ankle Monitoring Device, Image Released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a wanted person.
It is alleged that:
between Sunday, April 28, 2024, and Thursday, May 9, 2024, on multiple occasions, the accused approached and engaged the victim in conversation, and followed her on the walking trails at Earl Bales Public Park
the accused also waited for the victim outside of a public washroom and continued to follow and run after her several times
the accused and victim were not known to each other
It is further alleged that:
on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, in the Lawrence Avenue West and Bathurst Street area
the accused followed a woman into a public washroom at the Barbara Frum Public Library
the accused sexually assaulted the woman
a staff member was able to assist the victim and take her to a place of safety
the accused fled the area
the accused and victim were not known to each other

The accused was released from custody with conditions to wear an ankle monitoring device.
It is further alleged that:
on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 9 p.m., the accused removed his ankle monitoring device in the area of Lawrence Avenue West and Allen Road
Arnold Edzodzomo, 29, of Toronto, is wanted for:
two counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order
He is described as having a thin build and short black hair. An image has been released.
Arnold is know to frequent Earl Bales Park, Barbara Frum Library, and the Bathurst Street and Lawrence Avenue West, and Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue areas.
