Two Youths and One Man Arrested in Stabbing Investigation, Finch Avenue West and Yonge Street, Update: suspect images can no longer be broadcast or published

The Toronto Police Service is making the public aware of an arrest made in a Stabbing investigation.
On Monday, April 1, 2024, at approximately 8 a.m., police responded to a call for a stabbing in the Finch Avenue West and Yonge Street area.
It is alleged that:
four suspects attended the victim’s business
there was an interaction between the suspects and the victim
the suspects fled the area
the victim gave chase and caught up with one suspect
the victim was slashed with a sharp object on the upper arm
A news release was published on April 4, 2024. Toronto Police is advising that the suspect images can no longer be broadcast or published under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
On Monday, May 6, 2024, two search warrants were executed in The Donway East and Don Mills Road area and Doris Avenue and Byng Avenue area.
A female youth, 16*, of Toronto was arrested and charged with:
Two counts of Harassment By Repeated Following Another Person
Mischief/Damage Property Not Exceeding $5000
Possess Weapon, Etc. For Committing An Offence
Aggravated Assault
She was scheduled to appear in court at Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. in room 606.
A female youth, 15*, of Toronto was arrested and charged with:
Two counts of Harassment By Repeated Following Another Person
She is scheduled to appear in court at Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10 a.m. in room JC.
Shayan Hashemi, 18, of Toronto was arrested and charged with:
Two counts of Harassment By Repeated Following Another Person
Assault With Weapon Or Imitation Weapon
He is scheduled to appear in court at Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 10 a.m. in room 201.
At this time, the fourth suspect is still outstanding.
